The rules of the game are simple. Every week the state with the highest market cap chooses another state to rug-pull, and takes 100% of its ETH to distribute amongst its players.

Tokenomics
The minting cost of any state's tokens increases as its total supply increases. In the beginning, they are much cheaper. This means states with a lower market cap have a chance to catch up and compete with richer states.
$PVP Tokens
After a few months of play, the $PVP governance token will be airdropped to participants of the game proportional to their involvement. These tokens can be staked, and from then onward all fees earned by the game will be given to $PVP stakers.
Worldpvp.co players can migrate their country tokens to Statepvp.com state tokens, and get free $PVP tokens.

The following fees are taken from the actions performed in the game. When the $PVP token is airdropped, all fees will be distributed to $PVP stakers.
Assume the Governor role by becoming the top holder of a state's tokens. The Governor can rug a state once the timer reaches 0. See How to Play for details
When the timer reaches 0, the Governor of the richest state will rug-pull a state of their choice, taking 100% of its ETH and distributing it between the following parties.
